Come ready to work to get Bayouca ready for summer camp! This is a day that is so helpful to give us a great start on the preparation for summer. We will have a list of projects and tasks that need to be completed. If you have tools that you think will help get the job done, please bring them along! Lunch will be provided. If you will be coming, please register by April 22nd so that we know how many to plan for.

Come enjoy a sweet time of fellowship with your friends on our campus! Our goal for this event is to make it as relaxed and practically focused as we can! Whether your group is just looking for a getaway or looking to participate in workshops covering topics from biblical hospitality to sourdough basics and discard recipes, or if your group just wants to hang out and work on their crafts in our craft area, this weekend is for you!

All Day Craft Room
Sourdough Workshop
Canning & Preserving Workshop
Foraging Hike
Skill Shares (including biblical hospitality, meal planning and pantry management)
Time in the Word
Morning Snacks
Delicious Lunch!

Cost: $30/person (ages 13+)
$15/person (ages 12 and under)
Includes: Light breakfast, lunch and workshop materials

*We do have an overnight option for those traveling from a longer distance (arrival between 6 PM and 7 PM Friday evening) This option includes snacks Friday evening, a cabin for your group, access to our shower house, a light breakfast, lunch, and workshop materials on Saturday.
Overnight Cost: $55/person (ages 13+), $40/person (ages 12 and under)

Come ready to hear several exciting updates about the ministry here and to help support the ministry in any way you can! Come and go as you please, but lunch will be served at noon with a brief presentation about our summer camp ministry.

Lunch Options:

1/2 Chicken Only - $10

The purpose of this event is for families to be able to see our camp and meet our staff before the camp season officially kicks off. Parents and kids can get acquainted with the camp a bit before their camp week begins. The counselors for this summer will be there and available for you to meet and get to know. If your child is not sure if they want to attend camp (or you as a parent are not sure), this is a great way to get a little sneak peek at camp. This is a FREE event and lunch will be served. Please register by June 16th so that we know how many to plan for. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a drop-off event. Children who attend must be accompanied by an adult.
